Santa Barbara Meet and Greet Gathering - Dec 11th, 2011

The second Meet and Greet Gathering is being organized by Cat Weeks and her friends, and sponsored by Hope Dance, in Santa Barbara, CA. Between 1:30pm and 3:30pm

Details:

This meeting is meant for those who are already familiar with Inelia's work and tools. It is not an introductory event, nor an event to which you can bring people who don't know who "Inelia Benz" is, but an event for individuals who have benefited from this work to meet and network with each other. If you would like to introduce someone to the work, please refer them to this website.

There is a cost to cover in renting the library room, as well as for Inelia's travel expenses to Santa Barbara. Therefore we are asking for a voluntary donation of $10 per person. If you feel inspired to donate before hand, feel free do to so at the donation page www.ascension101.com/donate with the note Santa Barbara Meet and Greet Gathering. This will allow us to keep the Santa Barbara Gathering funds separate from other donations. If you cannot afford to help with the cost, come anyway, the rest of us will cover it.

We suggest you bring a pillow to use either on the floor or on the chair, and a bottle of water as no food or drink will be provided.

Format:

Inelia will be giving a short talk, then will ask everyone to partake in a half hour meditation for the collective.

After that, we will split into groups of 8 and give a short 2 minute introduction of ourselves, our offering, or what the meditation meant to us, to the group. In the meantime, Inelia will go around the room in order to meet everyone in person.

We have a limited amount of space in the location, so register early!

Bridging Heaven and Earth

This Saturday, 10th of December 2011, I will be going to Santa Barbara to partake in the Bridging Heaven and Earth TV show.

The show is recorded with a live audience, and broadcast two or three months later.

Anyone interested in attending the filming of my interview on the Bridging Heaven & Earth show in Santa Barbara on December 10th, 2011 is welcome to do so. It will be a very joyous day beginning at NOON. My show filming will begin at approximately 5-5:30 PM and will run for about 1-1/12 hours in all. There will be another Bridging Heaven & Earth show filming at approximately 3-3:30 PM with amazing guest,Michael Tamura. There will be food, drink, music, art, and many wonderful people there all day, and
I expect to be there from approximately 2 PM on. The address is 6332 Lindmar Drive, Santa Barbara (Goleta), CA 93117 (it is near the Santa Barbara airport). For directions, see below. Everyone is welcome and it will be magical.

The hall does have a cost of $50 per hour, as we are booked for 3 hours (this can be expanded prior to the meeting if we want to), that will be $150. We will also provide drinking water and eating utensils, which we will add to the cost. Once we have a total cost, and count, we will ask for a donation per head to cover it, but it unlikely to be more than $10 per person. If you feel inspired to donate before hand, feel free do to so at the donation page www.ascension101.com/donate with the note Grass Valley Meet and Greet. This will allow us to keep the funds separate and bring the total cost for the remaining participants down. If you cannot afford to help with the cost, come anyway, the rest of us will cover it.

The format so far is to meet each other. I will be asking everyone to partake in a half hour meditation for the collective, but apart from that there will be no presentation or "teaching".

This is our first Meet and Greet, and if you have any ideas on what you would like to happen in it, do add your suggestions when you respond to this email. We have until October 23rd to decide on what we want to happen during it.

Some of the things we need to decide on are:

1. Length: how long do we want to book the church for? is 3 hours too short or too long?

2. Format: is a casual meet and greet with a half hour meditation enough structure? Or would you like to see more?

3. Food and drink: Bring something if only you feel inspired to.

4. Length of shared meditation (is half an hour enough?)

5. Would you like to partake in a short introduction, where everyone gives their name and says a little about themselves? Or would you like to keep introductions to a casual format?
