殆どの人には、意識フィールドに、自己成長、意識を広げる（アセンション）のことなど、進化して、可能な限りの最高のレベルに達することが出来る様にする練習を止めさせる様に、フャイヤーウォール（カベ）が挿入されています。

このカベは、金属で出来ている様な感じのする挿入物です。瞑想をする時や、霊体離脱、生々しい夢を見る練習、精神力やサイキック能力の発達　または高次元の自分、案内役霊、天神、天使、私が取り巻き連中とよんでいるものとコミニケーションをとろうとすると邪魔しに出て来ます。

この練習法は私自身のアセンション訓練に使用している物で、私のクライアントにも薦めています、非常に効果的でアセンションの備えをするのに、何時も良い結果を得る事のできる必須の練習瞑想です。

基本としてアセンションのための瞑想ですが、夢の中に出現する要素を３次元の現実へと具体化させる事が出来る等、非常に用途が多様な練習です。

またストレスのイライラや心配気味なとき、それをを癒すのに最適です。
